Manufacture Alabama Welcomes Two New Members To Board Of Directors
MANUFACTURE ALABAMA WELCOMES TWO NEW MEMBERS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MONTGOMERY—Manufacture Alabama is pleased to welcome Kristen Mosley of ArcelorMittal Calvert and Connie Buskness of Evonik as new members to the Board of Directors.
These two additions further strengthen the association's leadership, bringing expertise in manufacturing operations, environmental health and safety, communications and corporate responsibility.
"Kristen and Connie each bring valuable leadership experience and unique perspectives that will strengthen our board as well as our association as a whole," said Jon Barganier, President and CEO of Manufacture Alabama. "We look forward to their contributions as we continue advancing policies and initiatives that support the work of manufacturers across the state."
Mosley serves as Area Manager, Communications and Corporate Responsibility at ArcelorMittal Calvert, where she leads strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and corporate responsibility initiatives while supporting government affairs efforts. She brings decades of experience in communications, branding and public engagement.
"Manufacturing is one of Alabama's greatest strengths, and I am honored to join the Manufacture Alabama Board of Directors,” said Mosley. “I look forward to helping advance the association's mission while supporting the manufacturers and communities that drive our state's economy."
Buskness serves as Director of ESH, Americas Region Services at Evonik. With more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, she has led environmental, health and safety, operations and continuous improvement initiatives across global organizations.
"Throughout my career, I've seen the positive impacts that strong industry partnerships can produce,” said Buskness. “I'm honored to join the Manufacture Alabama Board of Directors and look forward to working with fellow leaders to help shape a strong future for manufacturing in Alabama."
