NextGen Manufacturing Summit

The NextGen Manufacturing Summit is a new event created to develop, connect, and inspire Alabama’s rising manufacturing and industrial leaders. Designed for young professionals, this one-day program will focus on leadership development, team building, and real-world insight from industry veterans and peers alike.

Attendees will participate in interactive workshops, hands-on group challenges, and leadership discussions that strengthen communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, tools essential for advancing both individual careers and company success. The Summit also offers valuable opportunities to network across sectors, learn from experienced leaders, and engage in conversations shaping the future of Alabama manufacturing.
