Today’s leaders need the ability to address complex challenges in new and innovative ways, while showing sincere empathy and compassion. Empathetic leaders know how to communicate and connect. People are experiencing multiple kinds of stress post pandemic, and the way we live and work has been turned upside down. Empathy is a muscle that we all have, and it’s our responsibility as leaders to strengthen it and reverse trend from apathy to empathy.
