Cross-Functional Collaboration Roundtable
Working Better with HR, Safety, Legal & Government Affairs

Communications teams are often asked to move quickly while balancing competing priorities and approval processes across HR, safety, legal, and government affairs. When collaboration works well, timelines are smoother and messaging is stronger. When it doesn’t, teams are left managing last-minute requests and bottlenecks.

This facilitated roundtable will focus on practical, real-world approaches to improving cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment. The discussion will cover setting clear roles and expectations, navigating urgency and risk, and reducing communication fire drills.

The conversation will be anchored by insights from Kristen Mosley, Team Manager, Communications and Corporate Responsibility, ArcelorMittal and designed to be candid and interactive . Participants will leave with ideas they can apply immediately to improve how their teams work together.
