NextGen Manufacturing Summit
Inspiring Tomorrow’s Industry Today

The NextGen Manufacturing Summit is a new event created to develop, connect, and inspire Alabama’s rising manufacturing and industrial leaders. Designed for young professionals, this one-day program will focus on leadership development, team building, and real-world insight from industry veterans and peers alike.

Attendees will participate in interactive workshops, hands-on group challenges, and leadership discussions that strengthen communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, tools essential for advancing both individual careers and company success. The Summit also offers valuable opportunities to network across sectors, learn from experienced leaders, and engage in conversations shaping the future of Alabama manufacturing.

Day 1

Welcome Reception

Monday, May 18 | 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Join fellow emerging leaders from across the state for a relaxed evening reception overlooking the Gulf Coast. This informal kickoff sets the stage for connection, collaboration, and community.

Day 2

Leadership Development Day

Tuesday, May 19

7:30 – 8:30 a.m. | Breakfast & Networking
Start the morning connecting with peers and industry professionals from across Alabama manufacturing.

8:30 – 11:30 a.m. | Leadership Intensive Workshop
An interactive leadership experience focused on strengthening communication, team building, problem-solving, and leadership awareness.

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. | Networking Lunch
